Executive Selection Company.
Provides monthly Executive Coaching for the selected executive for the first 12 months to facilitate the expected high
performance.
Guarantees to replace any recommended candidate landed who does not last six months. The resulting total charges paid
out for the two recruitments are not to exceed the standard COI fee of 10% of the annual total earned income for the
executive recruited.
A 4% bonus is to be paid to COI when the COI supported executive successfully completes one year.
Charges the 10% COI Executive Selection Support Fee as follows, 5% at the hiring, and 2.5% at the end of the first 6
months, and 2.5% at the end of the first year for the executives selected including any bonuses.
